Here is a 26-minute bloc of footage from Paul Stone's unfinished Tales of Times Square movie. It's his very own vision, certainly different from the book. I like the Al Kronish character most.

  1. Very interesting. Thanks for posting that, Josh.

  2. I think I remember the street guy from many years ago. He used to sing a capella in the subway with a couple of other guys. He was a young fresh-faced kid, maybe this was the late seventies. He aged really quickly, which the streets will do to you. Excellent little film by the way... I was a Melody customer back in the day, and this really brings it all back. I have a question though... something that I have been wondering about for years. Does anyone remember the dark-haired woman who wore extremely exaggerated makeup? Kabuki style, amazing eyeshadow. I used to see her at Grand Central Station. Anyone remember her? Anyone know who she was? Someone told me she thought she was the reincarnation of Cleopatra. Let me know if you have any information on her. Or a PICTURE!!!!
